Appleday
So it’s officially out, the next single from the album Waiting for Grace, Appleday. you can listen to it at CRW Productions right now! (coming to itunes soon, links to follow)
APPLEDAY is a song that speaks of a the day where there will be no more wars, no more tears, no more fears, and The King will claim His throne once and for all. We rejoice in the hope of that day as it feels as though it is getting closer and closer. As a people we can do all we can to prepare. We can love our neighbor, we can help those in need, feed the poor, care for the sick, pray for peace, and fight for justice. But one day we will live free and bask in the love of a Merciful Savior. We all long to hear, “Well done My good and faithful servant.”
The songs title has gone through some changes. APPLEDAY was originally called “A Day”. When Bradley and Jason were recording, Alex was having a hard time understanding the name of the song. Brad then told him it was “A” like “Apple”. After that whenever they referred to the song it was always “APPLEDAY”. When they finished the song, it just seemed wrong to change it back.
The title is open to interpretation as well-and its welcomed. They have some and they are hoping you have some too! Please feel free to share!
